Gaming - 120Hz or higher (144hz, 180hz, 244hz, etc)
TV - 60Hz
Movies - really 120Hz but if you're being that focused on 60hz vs 120hz with movies, you probably want to spend the money on a smaller tv with a better image imo. 90% of viewers probably won't noticed the difference watching a movie on a 60hz screen vs a 120hz screen imo

60Hz refresh rate

added: and they're on sale everywhere right now. kind of wild, except for Walmart. definitely a product dump, but also this TV is legit and for the price, easy cheese.

Hey I am currently looking for a tv around this size that is near top of the line for the cheapest price. You seem like you know your tvs, any chance you can keep an eye out for me and let me know if one pops up?

If the remote has numbers on it you know it's a POS.

We're just not going to get >120Hz native at 75" at this price yet, except maybe on Hisense. Or maybe on actual BF, but I'll be (pleasantly) surprised it any go below 700.

For non-gamer, 60Hz fine?
I want only for sports/movies
Or do you suggest 65 inch / 120Hz is better for me. Appreciate it.

60 Hz is completely acceptable. A higher refresh rate is only beneficial if the incoming video feed is AT a higher refresh rate.

I'd jump on this if I didn't already have great TVs. For $600 is pretty crazy, but could go lower by BF

Issue is with display. Its edgelit display which is worst of all. 597 should be considered as regular price for this technology. I bought it and returned it.
