These Eneloops should easily hold their charge better than the Duracells being sold today. In the past, some Duracell NiMH may have been rebranded Eneloops but that's no longer the case. Duracell tends to sell higher capacity NiMH these days, and high capacity NiMH inherently have a higher self-discharge rate.
The Duracells may have a slightly higher capacity but I can virtually guarantee they will have a higher self-discharge rate and a substantially shorter overall/cycle lifespan.
What this means is that some devices will be incapable of running with them due to insufficient voltage, and those that do run might do so at a weaker power. For example, I can't put my eneloops into any of my children's toys because it causes them to go slow and weak if they even start. My front door smart lock won't run on these at all.
Just something to keep in mind when purchasing!
