I have this and the Werner adjustable platform. I use both but if I was just buying one id get the Werner. The Werner is on sale at lows for $99. Its about the same size closed but has adjustable height and goes higher.
I think that Werner from Lowes even goes lower on BF.

Crazy to see how expensive these have become. I paid $20 each on Black Friday several years back. So glad I bought two. They get used constantly.

I got one some years ago around the holidays at sale price of $35. So maybe if you don't need one real soon, wait for holiday prices.

Thanks for the advice, I need one that goes higher to caulk the tops of my windows. Trouble is I need it now before BF and it gets too cold.

I have a 1-car small garage so I've invested in various portable/fold-up work benches/tables. This Gorilla one is the one I keep reaching for since it's light and very easy and quick to open and fold up. I purchased one of these 3-4 years ago from HD for $35.

I can only think of one or two use-cases for this, and nothing that I can't just as easily solve with my standard 8' ladder.

Yet, in for one. Thanks!

I got these a few years ago and they are durable. I also use them as a bench around a fire pit.

I have one of these (same model) and its great. It's well made, stable, and works great for interior painting (cutting in ceiling / wall line). So much better than constantly moving a traditional ladder.

Agreed -- these used to be a loss leader at HD/Lowe's for BF foot traffic, then the pandemic gave them a excuse to jack up the price and leave it there. I could use another one for painting, but I'm not paying $50 for it.

I have one but the stupid yellow tab is stuck. Any tips to get it free so it folds?
