I don't have this Samsung Jet Bot but have an earlier generation. I have been really disappointed in it. Software issues and app issues galore. Very hard to get it programmed to clean certain areas. The app is missing basic functionality like telling the robot to resume cleaning if it has to charge during the cleaning cycle. Plus spare bags and parts are super expensive and hard to find.

Maybe this one is magically better, but from my personal experiences I'd stick with the bigger names for robovacuums.

I had the earlier gen version too. After 3 years the battery just suddenly died and will not charge. A replacement battery is $350 from Samsung and third party battery with terrible reviews are also almost $100.
