hey everyone - a fair bit of warning... just bought a refurbished precision 3551 laptop from them. It had a 56% degraded battery and a SSD which only had 40% life left... contacted them and they said that they don't have the replacement parts and wanted me to exchange the device.... they used to send out new battery a year ago when such issues arose but it seems that they no longer are doing that... I will be sending my device back... no point is spending another $100 on a used laptop...Will stop buying from Dell refurb going forward.

Last one i bought had crap battery and i ended up replacing it myself.
