I got mine brand new from MetroPCS for $65. I try to get more but never could complete another order. Anyway for $250 I wouldn't considerate, they are around $150 on facebook marketplace in my area, that's very YMMV but remember this phone has limited time about how many times screen can be open and close. Pretty sure the screen will be dead in a year.
