T-Mobile performs poorly on QCI7 (Mint and every other T-Mobile MVNO) when it's overcrowded, especially in places like Costco or a stadium. However, T-Mobile has the best raw download speeds when it's not congested. One reason for such performance is that almost all name-brand T-Mobile's own plans run on QCI6, as does Google Fi. So, every T-Mobile MVNO will have a bad time (except Google Fi) when congested.
Only a select few Verizon postpaid plans run on QCI7. All other MVNOs (Visible+, Visible+ Pro, Total 5G, 5G+, Spectrum) and Verizon Wireless run on QCI8. Then, at QCI9, all other deprioritized plans, like Visible Base, Total Base, and select US Mobile Warp, are found.

Today I called up Mint to ask whether they'll honor this deal since we just missed it. They refused. We moved from AT&T. Kicking myself for being in a rush to move out. If I had waited just for a short time, we would've had this deal. Now I have to sign up for $360. Sucks.

I looked and I have auto renew disactivated, but looking again in the mint APP, it is showing if I select the 1 year renewal, it is showing for me $180. I got a $180 last January 23 or so, from some deal sites I hear that the half off is running until February 4th.
When I talked to CS they said that I could be a non mint user for 1 day and come back as a "new customer" and get the half off deal. After that I looked and the half off, $180/year was already in my app; I had the 3 month plan selected because I did not want to lock into $360/yr. When I switched the renewal plan to 12 months is when I saw the $180 price.
I did get a text offering the half off to existing customers.
Bottom line: Check your app and see if the renewal identical to the one you had before is listed as half off. ie 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 12 months.
If ANYONE hears about a credit card deal to renew, like there was a save $45 on $90 or more purchase last year with AMEX, LET ME KNOW.
OK!
hpm.
I think mine came to like $180/year for a slightly lower service (20Gb??)
