Solid mid-range phone for a good price. It even has a microSD card slot, and a headphone jack too. If I needed one, this would surely be a contender.

Yea, agreed. I've been rocking this phone for a while and it is solid. Pen, micro SD, headphone jack, great screen, very good battery life, and a decent camera. It is a no brainer for a good daily driver that doesnt weigh you down.

Is this considered a slick deal or should I wait just a bit? I want one, but I recall the previous year model was 250 when it's on sale.

These are great phones for the price or otherwise, and one of the few remaining options I'd you want a headphone jack. Despite what some people have said on reviews, the battery life on mine is excellent.

My only real complaint is that the headphone jack output is fairly weak compared to my older phones, which is a bit frustrating since it was the main draw to the phone for me.

Not sure if the ST deal is still available but that was super slick. 2 month wait to unlock but out the door at less than $90 plus cash back available.

If you don't mind waiting 60 days to get it unlocked, and are ok with 128GB storage instead of 256GB as in this one - Straight talk has it for "free" when you sign up with a 1 month $55 plan, You will need to extend for a 2nd month on any plan (lowest appears to be $35). See this slickdeal

WOW! I didn't know this. I know IBM sold their laptop division to Lenovo long time ago.

It is interesting to see USA uneasy with DJI drone, going forward, no more new FCC certification for DJI drone, but phone, laptop, TV, no ban on that.

Google bought Moto and sold it to Lenovo for a few billion dollar loss a few years later. Primary loss to customer was that Google offered updates more than the two years Lenovo guarantees. I like how clean the Moto devices still are and the gestures for camera and flashlight.

I love the moto phones, the one drawback being the updates stop too soon for my liking. The models like this one and higher get longer update periods than the cheaper ones, making it a much more attractive option (to me) than the cheaper models or buying an older model of the same phone. Also, I loved this phone when I had one, and my husband loves his now.

If you don't care about security updates and keep using a phone once they've stopped, then yeah, get a 2024 model of a moto phone, save some money, and you will maybe get a little over a year of updates, depending on the model. This particular 2025 stylus gets security updates through March 2028.

I have the 128 variant from metro still locked but a great snappy phone. good specs. Using it now over wifi. I tether it to my iphone 15pm until it unlocks.
