There are US lines of tools.
They are more expensive but doesn't mean they are better.
I've broken USA tools too
Quality wise the tools are decent. On par with a Kobalt, maybe a bit better than a husky, a big step up from something off the shelf off autozone or wherever, and a good deal at the price. You aren't going to work a 9-5 using them, or throw a 2 foot cheater pipe on them, but they are more than good enough to do some shade tree auto stuff, household\DIY things, etc.
I was kind of tempted to get a second set (and gather up all my other tools and put them in a spare bin and just use these organized setups), but recently got a smaller 81-piece Craftsman set for $47, although I never opened it. I'll have to compare the sets again.
Also, in the previous deal at this price, I compared this 159-piece set to the 230-piece Craftsman set on why I thought the 159 was better.
