Did it trigger the offer when you paid property taxes?

Edit: Answering my own question here I went ahead bit the bullet and prepaid ~$1250 property tax (including service fees), ~250000 points immediately showed up as pending, used Pay in 4 or whatever its called. Paid using BofA CCR that is set to online purchase we'll see if this codes as online purchase. If it sticks, easy $200, if it doesn't will be out a few bucks and I'm ok with that!
Can we do the same with paying federal taxes using Paypal?

As for BoA CCR, after some testing my experience is things like utilities and taxes don't code as online purchase for the 3% category, but let us know if it works for property taxes in your particular state.

Maybe just buy a Best Buy gift card for $250 and at checkout, charge $1250 to Paypal. I think that might work but not sure how BBY treats it.
What do you mean buy one for $250 and charge 1250 to PayPal? Online or in store? Not following the steps or logic. Thanks in advance.

my guess is its dead - I am seeing something similar and even seeing an error on mobile when trying to save the offer. On laptop, PayPal doesn't show any error but offer doesn't show up in saved offers. It probably is still working for folks who saved it earlier..

Make sure Paypal isn't saved to your Walmart account at all. Go to your account and remove it as a payment option. Then as you're checking out select Paypal and it will ask you to login and confirm how you want to pay. Pay in 4 will be there. Apply for it and hit continue. You won't get a confirmation until you submit the order (it will say it's for the full amount) but then you will get an email from PayPal confirming your payment plan.

I had it linked at first and stupidly thought there would be another page where I could select Pay-in-4, instead it submitted the entire order instantly Mad I canceled it, removed Paypal and then redid the order and it worked perfectly the second time. Getting $50 off a tv. Happy
Is it the PayPal credit option you are applying for?

No, not the credit card. You have to click to allow a soft credit check to see if you're approved for the Pay in 4 payments plan.

I don't see the pay in four option come up as something I can choose
