Anyone have their stuck in the status of "Order Received"?

Usually there would be an estimated delivery day.

Mine had zero battery cycles and was in perfect condition. Only reason I could tell it wasn't brand new is the original seal was gone.. that was it though.

I bought the one with cellular , Last purchased Nov 1st, 35 days left to add apple care . Warranty till Oct 31 2026. I need to check the battery cycle. Paid $293 + tax. For some reason , when buying it said Like New but the order says Used - Mint. I bought another one which said Like New to see what it shows after ordering, it showed the same as Used - Mint which I promptly canceled. Wish I had take the screenshot when it said , Like New.

The same thing happened with my order several weeks ago … it said "used - like new" on the order screen, but then showed "used - mint" when I pulled it up in my order history. I'm not sure if it happens with all orders, but I've seen others mention the same thing in the previous threads. "Used - mint" isn't actually listed as a condition for their resale products, so I believe it may just be some quirk that only shows up in the post-order status. I don't believe you'll ever see that condition when selecting a product prior to placing the order. Here's their Resale condition categories according to Amazon …

At any rate, I wouldn't worry too much about the wording there … either way, it's probably just going to come down to the luck of the draw as far as what comes. If it doesn't meet your expectations, they'll return/refund it but they're probably not going to ship out a different one due to the very limited supplies (I think I saw someone mention that previously also). For mine, it was in pristine like new condition, about 60 days old with one battery cycle and it came with the original box, charger, and cable. The charger and cable appeared to be untouched in their original wrappers and the box just had a tiny ding on the outside, which didn't affect the contents in any way.

Edit: I see that few others mentioned the "mint" condition earlier in the thread too …

Received mine with a couple fingerprints. Otherwise in perfect condition, 0 charge cycles. Unfortunately unable to afford apple care as it was first purchased in July.
Try going to "check warranty" (if you google, it should open the Apple Store app, iirc). Plop in the serial number. It should let you "update the purchase date," then put in the date you purchased it. It'll often let you add AppleCare (monthly fee) after that and will also update the limited warranty.

Edit: I usually do this from my phone and not the actual device. I did this recently with the used-like new Mac mini for $318 and the AirPod Pro 2's from BB do $92. Both worked like a charm. I would've done it with this, but battery health shows "manufacturers: July 2025, purchased October 2025, with cycle count of 1." Not work updating the purchase date and still eligible to add AppleCare.
