I've bought this set from Costco a couple of times. Quality scissors. On sale for 6.99 for the set a couple months back.

I love these. I happened accross this 3pack for $6.94 and got them instead. I didn't notice a significant difference to the ones in OP.

No, both are adjustable. The OP's are titanium coated stainless versus the linked directly above are stainless only.

You might be right, however the descriptions for both of them say they are titanium-fused blades, and a comment on the second one says they are not adjustable:
