Any idea how long paypal pay in 4 takes to re-enable once its denied and the option is taken out by them? My previous attempts on this had failed and now Pay in 4 no longer shows up.

I got denied too. I've seen peopel saying 3-4 days or weeks. It depends.

I think you're mixing the maximum amount you can do for "Pay 4" ($1500) vs "20% CB Terms" (Max $1250 spend per transaction). Look at the terms in PayPal under "rewards".

Based on their language it's hard as they don't specify if they will credit the cashback up to the $1250 or not. If someone purchases and can let us know if the points are pending in paypal we will know for certain.
