I bought this over the summer at the same price and I like it. It's very compact, convenient to charge with the usbc port and the strap is handy to hang around your neck. The battery lasts quite a long time if you keep it on the low setting. The only annoying part is when you have it strapped to your waist to blow into your shirt, sometimes your shirt will get behind the fan and block air from coming through and blowing air. For $5, I think this is a good deal and it's very handy to have around for hot summers.
