Just so people know, Amazon isn't really offering many deals. They shamelessly are offering products on their "BF sale" that are their regular prices. These include drives, micro SD cards (such as the Samsung Pro Plus 1TB), etc.
They want to fool people that it's something special, but you could buy them for the same price any day of the week (unless they're planning on jacking the price soon). That special BF micro card is also $20 more than B&H sold it for during their last sale. IOW, not a deal at all......
Meaning the drives PCB header is USB instead of SATA.
Not too useful unless you have a specific use case like having a SFF OEM (OptiPlex/EliteDesk/Prodesk) system that only has a 2.5" bay/tray or optical disk drive bay (ODD) adapter and an internal USB header.
I have shucked a 2.5" WD drive and put it into a ODD bay connecting to the SD card reader header with a $1 AliExpress adapter.

Yes, it was a subtle acknowledgement that there was incredible inflation caused by brain-dead morons who couldn't pass a freshman Econ 101 course, but we all know that. However, there has also been serious and opportunistic producer price gouging beyond that caused by the economic chaos of 2020 to 2024.
Anyway, my real point was Amazon's fake "sale" prices. I've looked at many Amazon BF prices and they're full boat prices that you couldn't have bought things for anytime in the past month; they're not special and Amazon confirms once again that "sleazy is as sleazy does"....
Only the gullible think retail prices mean anything beyond a pure fabrication used to justify maximum pricing. It's the result of what is often called a "multiplier" because everyone loves a "bargain"; even when it doesn't exist.
