I got these for $5.50 a couple months ago. They're decent to do small task around the house. I would go for the rechargeable version for $7.00

I've had these from a different brand for 5 years. They're compatible with 18650 batteries and have held up really well. If you have the 18650s already, these are super handy to keep around.

These are great when the power goes out. I actually like even dimmer flashlights than these for using around the house so I don't blind people or pets. These fit nicely into a cabinet or in a drawer beside the bed. They take AAA batteries which are cheap and everywhere.

They are good flashlights. The cheaper you can get them the better.

120 lumens is NOT high lumens for a flashlight.

1000 lumens would be considered high. Also, rechargeable batteries are necessary. In a cursory check I found this one:
