No, 18g nails are not made to hold up a shed, this would be more for like putting up some shelves, baseboards, etc.

This will help them keep in place white you screw or nail the whole thing down.

I did the 15% off Lowes gift card this morning at Dollar General, then immediately bought this online at Lowes. Not bad for $85 plus tax using the gift card especially compared to my preferred but very expensive Milwaukee brand. I have an older Hitachi drill that just won't die (pre Metabo rename), also the 1/4" stapler. I bought a Milwaukee battery adapter for my m18 batteries and it works fine with the Metabo tools. For home owner tools, has been good so far.

What adapter did you buy? Have a bunch of trim to put up and don't want to buy Milwaukee's expensive nailer.

This is what i used to build my shed, it makes nailing 3+ inch nails a breeze. Mine is an air tool version but this might be more useful. If you have a pancake compressor already you can find the air tool version for like less than 20.00 iirc.

I used this adapter, it works, but it is pretty bulky:

Don't buy battery-driven nailers because you don't want to use their air-driven version any more if you are not professionals.
