Reposting my comment from the last time they had this deal:
The BIN on these cards last time was 451129, but that may have changed over the past couple of months. Staples processes their own gift card purchases, so paying with a card that earns well at office supply stores is the best way to get rewards off of these.
The limit is 5 in theory, but 4 in practice; the fee is present in cart as part of the subtotal before the discount kicks in, and Staples will not sell more than a $1,000 subtotal of gift cards in a single transaction. As such, throwing five $200s into your cart will show a message from Staples asking you to remove items from your cart before you can continue.
The wording on the item page on Staples website says 5 per customer. Not a transaction limit or anything. So, I guess it's 5 total during the promo period. I'm too hesitant to try for more than 5 in case they get cancelled or my card gets flagged, hah.
Nah you can definitely do multiple orders. I've done 3x orders 4 each and already cashed them out.

How long did it take you all to receive the GCs? It's been almost 24hrs and it still saying order is processing
I got them within 2 hours but IME staples can take longer at odd/busy times (I've gotten night orders delivered next morning). I think a human has to approve each order.
Tried buying but when I logged in, the fee is added back. This happened last time. Ended up creating a new account and it worked.
Now it's doing the same thing to both accounts. I think they flagged me somehow. I've only purchased one visa GC through Staples once in my life. So I dont know why?
How are you guys turning these Visa cards back into cash with no fees ?
I think that's impossible. I use them to pay all kinds of things online (utilities, insurance, etc.) and most of all, taxes (fed, state, property). I pay quarterly estimated taxes so it's always nice to get a few percent back (after fees). It's still a pretty decent return on my time, but worse now with chase UR devaluation for CSR holders.
In store physical cards are easier to spend (daily spend) but ordering online is super convenient and no 9x limit per day (don't have to visit multiple times over the week)
That said, I guess there might be someone out there who knows how to liquidate these since my staples sells out pretty quickly every month.

Dumb question, but this is for money laundering, right? Otherwise, I don't see any benefit to a $200 prepaid card selling for $200 over using a traditional card with cashback/rewards.

Also having a difficult time registering/using the card. Is the usual option a refund/cancellation if you can't access them?
This card seems to be impossible to use....
I called the phone number that appears in the body of the text below the card number itself. It was a 1283 phone number. They said because I tried to use it at a merchant that blocked the purchase?, they are required to send me a new card number to my email, and can't just turn the card back on.
So maybe that fixes it? There was a shopify outage yesterday, so I'm wondering if it's weirdly all connected to that? I dunno....

I tried adding to apple wallet and did not work. I think he's talking about online orders, which isn't that bad.

Visa® Virtual Gift Card. Visa Gift Cards can be used to buy merchandise and services anywhere.
Visa Virtual eGift Cards can be redeemed online only.
The Visa® Virtual Gift Card can be redeemed online everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the U.S. Internet and mail/telephone order transactions only.
Same for me. I bought 4 Gift cards. So place 4 Costco orders. For first two I got the gift card but for last two got cancelled. I don't think I can use the card anywhere else anymore as my funds are now in pending status.
It's dead. Originally said through 12/6 but it's gone today. Too bad as these are WAY easier to use vs the vanilla visas I got through another deal. If you ever want to use a gift card online do NOT get vanilla
