I have a vacuum similar to this. It's a nice vacuum, cleans well. However, cleaning out the dirt is super annoying z especially because you have to tote the cord with you and it can get in the way while letting the dirt out.

I had just vacuumed a day before I got this with my old Hoover. I was amazed what this was able to pull up. It's fairly light weight and maneuvers easily. Very happy with it's performance.

I bought this same model a year ago and I highly recommend this. The cord is long which makes it easy to go into other rooms so there's no need to unplug to get to different areas. I've never had issues with the cord getting in my way while dumping the bin. Filters are washable and easily removable as well.

Compared to the Karcher I purchased for three times the price this thing surpasses it. Suction is amazing and I've been extremely happy with how easy it is to maneuver.

The dislikes for this is having to prop the vacuum on something because it won't stay up by itself but I guess that's with any stick vac. Also, I had the shark professional lift away that had lights that I wish this had.

You definitely can remove the dirt container from the vacuum and take just the container to the trash can to empty it.
