These are great! I kept trying different ways to mount my phone in my equinox and was not finding what I needed.

I've got this clipped in the area in front of my shifter, where the plugs are and cigarette lighter port are, on the right hand side, and the way you can twist a couple connectors on it. It's got my phone in a great spot, I can even mount it sideways if I needed to.
I bought it just before a 4000 mile road trip this summer and over the first thousand miles I tried again a couple different mounts that I had tried before and then I remembered this one had just arrived, I I tried it and this is the one I've used ever since.

I liked it so much the last time they were on sale I bought a spare.

Very similar boat for us. My wife has a Genesis G70 and there are virtually no flat spots to mount any suction, 12v port ones are always a little wobbly, etc.

Came across this and gave it a go a few months ago. Couldn't be happier that it grips tightly to a piece of trim without damaging it, and it's insanely rock solid. Likely picking up a spare as well.

I know maybe I useless response, but there is one that literally sticks to the back of the car screen and the magnet that sticks to your phone peaks out on the left side of the screen right above the steering wheel. It's a perfect place for it too.
