Can you recommend any external storage drive that doesn't reach the 512GB price territory? I ordered this and I do like this price however storage is a concern. Don't want any remorse here. Looking to hear your input

I moved my Home folder to my external HD. That way anything I download, save, etc. is automatically saved to my external drive. The internal drive only houses the OS.

I'm using Samsung T7 [amazon.com] drives, but mine were all purchased prior to the memory/ssd price increases of the last couple weeks so eg my 2TB drives were about $120 each, whereas now they're like $170. If I were buying today, I'd be likely to get a 2tb wd blue SN5000 NVME that walmart is currently selling for $124 and then put that in an external usb/ssd enclosure.
