If it's from a 3rd-party seller?....not so much....but it might be OK (it all depends upon the seller).
EDIT: I just checked....this is from Amazon's own inventory.
Additionally, these are supposed to have "color alert technology", which alerts parents/caregivers if a child either has the battery in their mouth or swallows it (it turns their mouth blue). It's unlikely that counterfeit batteries would have this feature.
