If you are just looking for something to scratch that brownie itch while dieting I recommend Fiber One brownies: https://a.co/d/5085Hqf
They don't have the protein but honestly 10g of protein isn't doing much, the fiber in these will keep you fuller longer and they are cheaper. I keep a few boxes of these on hand as a healthier snack when I get snackish working from home.

Not healthiest option but I just make my own version.i buy box brownie mix,add in protein powder, oats, Kodiak protein pancake mix, an egg, unsweet apple sauce. More like a cake texture but fills my dessert craving

I ate one about two hours ago. They taste great to me. I love quest products. I'm in for two boxes. That's a 3 month supply for me. Their spicy nacho crackers and chocolate protein powder are also staples for me.

These basically taste like protein bars. Put it in the microwave for a few seconds.

Looks like the Quest bars have a few more g of fiber and they are cheaper per oz. Looks like a better deal to me
