Honestly I don't think these are Taxes, it's more of Regulatory Fees as it is sane for all the lines irrespective of what is the original charge for each line
So maybe they're going by that there us no tax. (Cellular plans are Services, so they won't call it Tax but Fees )

All other lines will have same price/tax/fee as it was before adding this Free line

I have total 5 lines, 3 paid and 2 Free. I am paying $5.xx in Taxes/Fee for each of these 5 lines.
The original question was in 2 parts:
1. Free line is 100% Free?
My Answer: need to pay Tax/Fee for this Free Line, if you were paying Tax/Fee on your other lines.
2. If adding new Free Line will increase Taxes/Fee on other existing lines?
My Answer: No, other lines will have same Tax/Fee as it was before adding this Free line.
What is wrong here? Can you please clarify.
