Good for a starter. Add additional spices, cooked onions or mushrooms or meat and you have a sauce.

Yeah it's really only worth it if it's cheaper than canned tomatoes and you want the cheapest option possible because you need to add the same stuff you would to tomatoes to make a decent sauce

Why would you eat a whole can of pasta sauce in one sitting? This isn't soup. You might want to make an appointment with a dietitian or your shrink if you think this is a problem. Suggested serving sizes can seem small, but this is one product where it shouldn't be too far off from what normal people normally eat. bllllltttthhhhhhhh

its important because diff genders require diff vitamin. cant interchange them, especially on the iron levels.
