I actually like working out on Bowflex. I mean don't get me wrong, it's not a direct replacement for weights, but you can get a pretty good workout just to keep in shape. Now with that being said, I see dozens of them on FB marketplace for around $100-$150. Granted, used, but again, these aren't really to be used if your training for Mr Olympia or worlds strongest

100%, people that complain dont understand how to use it. If I was given only one piece of equipment for the rest of my life to use, it would be the Bowflex.

I like these, it's probably better to get one from marketplace as they are very cheap used
