.Don't buy this! I bought it last time on Woot and it's quite a disappointment. The power button symbol promptly wore off completely on the unit within a week. Next the big one is that when it tips over it DOES NOT power off immediately and run for a good 30 seconds. It's heat output is not impressive and the real/imagined potential for fire hazard make this unit JUNK.

In some heaters, when you turn the power off it still runs for an additional time with the heating element turned off but the fan still running. This is to cool down the heating element. Then the unit will shut off. That might be what is happening when your unit tips over. Maybe, maybe not. Just a thought.
