I've sworn off anker since I had one die just after a year and they would do nothing for me. After that I'll give my money to a company who tries to do something for their customers.

They had issues shipping me items, and refused to make it right. Anker carries a premium price, and its customer service should match.

I've had good luck with Baseus. They seem to be my other go to. They have had a couple of issues with mag safe portable chargers, but other than that, I've had decent luck with them.

Anker....premium? They are the premium of generic.

Not knocking Anker, I love their stuff, but you seem to think you are buying Apple OEM or Best Buy "Monster" cables when you are actually getting the higher end of the knockoff market.

FWIW, I'm not commenting on whatever "issue" you experienced. Only where you put them in the marketplace and why they aren't likely handing out white glove service in the name of goingabove and beyond....the margins likely aren't there.
