Good Wifi Mesh for 1Gig Fiber Internet

We just got fiber finally installed. My current wifi mesh system caps out at 300 Mbps (Deco M9 Plus). Looking to get a faster mesh system. The current one gets close to it's max, about 300 Mbps at about 20 feet away with no walls. But the furthest hop over about 50 feet away in the office where one of the pucks is goes through several walls and a bathroom and drops to about 50 Mbps on a good day.
I don't have an easy option to run hardline ethernet that 50ft from the fiber switch to the office. I figured the mesh wifi is the best option I have. What's the best one to utilize? Or is there anything else that would work in my situation? I don't need the full gig in the office, but several hundred Mbps would sure help because as soon as you VPN in you lose a lot of speed. No option to move teh fiber switch either, it's stuck in the living room point 50 ft away.

Other options include Asus Zen Wifi ET9 ($279 for a 2pk at amazon, $299 3pk).
Nest Wifi Pro 6E 3pk $299
Netgear Orbi generally perform well but are typically overpriced.
The Orbi 370 RBE373 is on sale for $282 but this model is only dual band.
The older Orbi RBK663 is only wifi 6 so it won't be as fast but is tri band and you can get 3 nodes for $199 currently.
