These aren't bad and it's a good price, though I've been using these, which are about the same price per wipe:

I think you get better results washing your glasses in the kitchen sink, like a dirty plate, blot the excess water with a paper towel, then finish with a microfiber cloth -- that gets the oils on the arms etc. -- but these are quicker/easier. Tried regular alcohol wipes, but they're just the wrong kind of material so they won't absorb anything. Also found that you need to use the wipe on both sides of the lens at once, with the lens sandwiched between your thumb & finger -- if/when you just try to clean one side at a time it ALWAYS leaves streaks and/or smears.

PSA: don't use these on Costco eyeglasses that have certain coatings. I can't remember what mine were coated with, anti-glare, anti-scratch, whatever it was...these wipes destroyed them.

love them, but hard to pay $14 when I got them for $6 last time around.

Wally world currently has them for $12:

These leave white, murky streaks. I don't like them.
Never seen this.
Are you sure it was this product? Do you have anti-fog coating on your optics/goggles? Alcohol will strip some coatings off, which may account for the white murky stuff.
It's easy to isolate (rule-out) the origin of the white streaks- apply this wipe to clean, common drinking glass or jar.

If mild soap or soft water isnt enough for the more fastidious, hypochlorous acid sanitizes better and is less harsh than the alcohols, but YMMV- really need to check the care instructions.

Verify manufacturing quality of hypochlorous acid (HOCL/HCIO)- needs to be by-product-free enough to be safe. FYI, it easily breaks down (to salt water) with heat, light, air. One can test that it's still active when it smells like (NaOCL) bleach (smelling only the chlorine component).

Anytime you rub anything on it it will shorten it, it's just depend on how harsh the chemical is. Alcohol will be the most extreme and will shorten it the fastest. They also sell these [amazon.com] that seems to be less harsh. You can also do soap and water as well with microfiber.

Any thoughts on if we can apply any solution to get the anti fogging on lens?

Even 50% would strip them. Possibly half of that would be ok. Whenever possible, soap and water and a cotton cloth is the best. Microfiber cloth works unless they are very oily.
Photographer here. None of what you're saying is true. In fact I trust these more than a microfiber cloth.

I worked in an optical lab making eyeglasses for 5 years. I really don't care what you think.
