I stopped in to post this same deal. Awesome price considering it comes with two 4ah high output batteries.

Max Torque 1170lb/ft so about 2x of the mid torques from Milwaukee and Dewalts at 650 but much less than the Milwaukee/dewalt high torque at 1500-1600.

Would this be a decent buy for brake jobs and wheel removal?

If you are looking for adequate power, yes, but just beware this thing is pretty large and heavy for normal use.

this is hot, just for the 2pk HP batteries alone is worth it, but I dont know what to do with an impact wrench, i dont have any use case for it.

yea this is a pretty hot deal. rarely if ever just the tool alone for the 1/2 high torque brushless gets to this price. If it does its usually refurb/open box.

this is new PLUS the 2 4AH kit and charger. If there was ever a time someone was waiting for this. THIS is the time

You probably don't need this much torque for wheel removal or brake jobs. My truck lug nuts are torqued to 100 ft/lbs (1/11th of the max torque) and truck brake bolts aren't higher than 20 ft/lbs (much less than 1100ft/lbs).

This thing is for heavy duty jobs that need LOTS of torque.

this actually would've been a better deal but missed it:

Comes with the socket set

only 1 4Ah battery but im sure like many others here probably have a bunch of those batteries from ryobi deals in the past.

oh well still a great deal for those needing one

Out of curiosity, what are you guys doing with these? I've been perfectly happy with my mid torque on SUVs and half-tons.

one and done impact wrench that should cover any project from here on out.

those who dont have any impact wrench for that matter, never does anybody go i wish i had less power. usually its more. And this will have that.

I have come to see many who dont get the top trim most power torque try to justify why, and thats fine, but for many of those who dont have a tool, why get mid when you have a deal like this and youll be set for life

and we arent talking about $100 price difference. I'm seeing $30-60 price difference from the lower models. Some dont even have a 4ah HP battery and some weak one with only 1. The value of the 2 4ah HP battery its like why even go down in power.

Just earlier this month they had this high torque with 1HP 4ah battery and deep socket set valued at $44, and all for $139. I mean, again why even go down in power if there are deals like this. If we're talking $100-150 price difference ok maybe there is an argument. But $30-60 and comes with additional things.

The next excuse of course is, "its big and heavy" comeeeeeeee on yall. now yall reaching. People can enjoy their midtorque low torque, but please dont try to downplay the high torque and the great deal thats been popping up
