Bought this and returned it. Remote control is really flakey, water pressure is weak and overall build quality is felt flimsy. Coming from a prior Bio Bidet it felt like a substantial downgrade. I would recommend spending a little more to get something better. I ended up getting a Toto.

FWIW, i have a 1000 model and it crapped out after about 2 years. I paid to have it fixed post-warranty and then it started acting up another year later. No more of this brand for me..i bought an Alpha UX Pearl which is so far very nice and has a 3-year warranty.

I replaced one USPA 6800 with this.
The bidet function an improvement but the remote for USPA 6800 was better.
(Wish I could program the remote for USPA 6800 to use with this)
Also USPA 6800 has a metal connector but this one comes with a plastic connector.
I simply reused the metal connector for USPA 6800 and it fits perfectly.

I just bought another 1200L since the first one worked fine and IMO pretty much equivalent to USPA 6800.
Thank you for your informative reply. I am deciding between this 1200L, a USPA Pro and for $100 more, a Toto S2. The internals of my 6800 broke and I dont want to spend the time to figure out if it was the solenoid valve or the pump or the circuit board/

Going on year 4 with my 6800 that I got from Costco for $200. This one seems like way worse quality for the price

Our 6800 model purchased from Costco just developed a crack in the seat just before the 3 year warranty ran out. They don't have any parts available and are replacing it with the Horizon model. I think the $200 6800 model is superior to anything Biobidet offers for up to 4x the price.

I'm still surprised they have not built a toilet seat to rest mens junk. You can let it hang with elongated but sometimes you don't want it touching the water.

Pretty easy to tap into outlet nearby if you're handy, just make sure to use GFCI receptacle otherwise you'll have to either hire electrician or get a non electric bidet.

So the idea of wiping down a remote is foreign to you, i cant imagine what your toilet seat looks like
I have a bidet (no remote) that Mother Teresa could eat off of.

How does this compare to the USPA Pro (Biobidet) for $239? My USPA 6800 just died after 5 years, which seems average, Old one was not as good as my Toto but replacement Totos are double the price.
Mine just died today. Crazy. Started leaking really bad near the nozzles.

I had the biobidet 6800 since 2017. Just replaced it a couple of days ago...the seat starts to Crack and break apart. Seems to be a common issue with no replacement parts available. I went with alpha jx2. Different price point but no complaints so far.
That's why I'm looking now. The seat cracked underneath a year ago. Now, the top is cracking!!

No bidet last forever, maybe 4 years is the median of lifespan.
