Thanks ordered 2 shipped which is better trying to find them in store. Attempted twice during the holiday and couldn't get it. Ordered from Amazon for $99 renewed and still lost in shipment. This will be better deal new with better return policy

Can these connect to the homebase 3? Why does it say SoloCam exactly?

Can you use them without Homebase? Stand alone or no? Do they only record to the cloud or can you use SD card?

Solo designation in the name means that it can work with out WITHOUT homebase. The ones that are not "solo" require homebase to work.

But can it connect to the home base? I'd prefer my videos to store there

Just set up my SoloCam the other day, managed it pretty easily. Picture is clear and it connects great if you have a Homebase 3.
