From Spain, but oil comes from multiple countries. Not one source

So buyers will have a hard time tracing whether this is real olive oil or blended oil.

Multi countries on the label means a blend of any type of seed oil. Cheaper just to buy a seed oil because that is essentially what you are getting.

If it's a blend, why aren't they labeled as a blend? The ingredient says olive oil.

Multiple countries on the label indicate it is a blend which is the only regulation required.

Most likely blended oil

I buy all my olive oil from local Mediterranean shops that import their stuff directly from the Arab countries.
Pure original virgin olive oil.

But it's blended olive oil, correct? I wouldn't care if my olive oil is a blend of Greek and Italian olive oil for example.

i think you are misleading people, or just misinformed. If label said pure or light - your statement would be correct. For EVOO label - blended would mean that is is mixed with EVOO from other countries, or in rare instances ( Moroccan regulations) would allow for some minor deviation to this.
Labeling EVOO but mixing with other seed oils is Fraud - not saying it doesnt happen, but most large companies would not risk that. ( look up Adulterated oil)

This is the reason multiple countries are listed there is no liability the company can simply say they did not know what occurred in the other country where the oil was processed.
