Just Sharing my experience with this seller and with this phone. I purchased this phone in 'excellent' condition but I received phone with many scratches. I talked to them and they denied to replace/exchange the phone. Yes, they are ok for return. I have wasted 2weeks time and energy on this but this may not be the case with every phone.

Fear mongering -- any eBay refurbished listing must offer free returns, so worst case scenario is you can just return the phone.

Great seller. My excellent iphone15 came in great shape, and they were prompt in accepting returns (<85% battery).

I recently picked up a 16 Pro Max 256gb in "excellent" condition for only $40 more. "eBay refurbished" with a 2 month return policy and a 1 yr warranty from a 99.7% seller. Battery was 95% and the phone was cosmetically flawless. This deal seems pretty mid by comparison.

I've seen this person doing the same thing in another ebay iPhone post. They're not the only ones, there's a number of them that do this. I'm guessing they had a bad experience on ebay and has made it a mission to spam ebay iPhone posts. No idea what that person's grudge is since they never go into any detail and their posts amounts to just spam. So best to just mark it as spam and move on, if enough people do it, their post just gets buried/hidden.

Any good 16 pro deals for 512 GB or 1 TB?

Or better to wait a couple months?

Weird, my experience was 100% different. Mine arrived with a few more screen scratches than I wanted, so I clicked to return, uploaded one picture of the phone that didn't even show the scratches (hard to get them on camera), and had a free return label in about 10 minutes. It's the refurbished policy - you can return even if you just change your mind. It's no different than returning on Amazon prime. I have a feeling you made up your gripe.

i bought the 15 pro from them a month ago, "refurb - excellent condition" and it really was excellent condition. if it came in the original box, could have passed for new.

He did said they are ok on return but he wants exchange or replacement which is a no no for this seller.
