Humans only. Tuna plain and canned is not good for cats either. Once in awhile a bit as a treat but not with the oil base only water. Research and you will see what ingredients are harmful to them.

I got this on one of the previous deals in a different flavor - Thai Chili. The tuna is not good. It's super small pieces, mushy, and tastes like cat food. Zero comparison to a premium tuna like Costco's Wild Planet wild albacore or even Trader Joe's canned tuna. Yes, a different price point since the TJ one is 2x the cost and the Costco one is 3x the cost and neither comes in this convenient form factor, but be warned that if you like chunky, flaky tuna then this will likely disappoint.

Edit: after posting my above comment, Slickdeals popped up a post of the Costco tuna but sold from Costco. Still more expensive than this deal at hand, but no comparison in taste and texture.
