Will you be using it daily, shutting down every day or a few times a week?

If daily - but remain powered on, I'd install Linux on this which seems to be better with RAM use. That 16GB of Ram will get eaten by windows pretty quickly.

But if you'll keep it shut down and power on every so often, this should be fine on Windows. Just make sure "Turn on fast startup" is disabled.
