Cast iron and stainless steel are non-toxic. "Granite" here is a marketing term. There is no granite in this pan!

Personally I'd go with this one only because if you don't like it, Amazon's return process is so much easier than to have to deal with a company called Bullseye Deals.

bullseye is target. Their eBay returns are easy and in my experience, free.

You do know that "a company called Bullseye Deals" is Target's liquidation channel and they provide free return shipping, right?

I suppose Amazon's return policy is marginally easier in that you can drop it off at a Kohl's without putting in the box and you have a longer drop off window after requesting the return, but it's not like Bullseye Deals is some fly-by-night organization being run out of a back of a van.

might want to read the negative feedback from bulleye deals. they are selling mostly returned items and they'll ban you after returning couple of items.

They can ban you from buying from their store on Ebay? Did not know. I just bought two 8 qt wide stock pots from them and I'm keeping both, but I did wonder what the return process is. I didn't see any specifics.

No scratches on mine in a year, but I only use wood or silicone utensils.
