It certainly sounds like a better deal, but I can't find it. Could you share a link please?

A much better deal is to buy commercial packing tape that is 110 yards per roll. I usually buy on ebay, but make sure you get from a highly rated seller that only sells office supplies. The stores that sell everything under the sun, usually are selling cheap, thin Chinese packing tape

This tape isn't bad, but the cheap stuff people are talking about are just a headache and not worth the trouble.

Definitely agree with this. I buy no-name stuff all the time but tape is one of those things where the brand name is actually a lot better and actually saves your money in reducing headache and wasted tape.

I had bought a 36 pack of generic packing tape 5 years go and down to my last 8 rolls. The tape has become yellowish the last few months and losing its adhesiveness, causing me to pray that my packages stay closed during shipment so I have to use extra extra tape.

The 6 pack was on sale for $12.48 a few days ago. It's like 40% cheaper than this per roll.
