Every store near me (and there's about 10 of them) show $24.88 for the 2 pack ($12.44 per tape measure). Where did you see the 2 pack for $12.40? What area? Thanks in advance

I just checked and every store I chose had the $12.40 price...try again

I'm in SoCal. 7 out of 10 stores in my area has these in stock at this price.

Just fyi these are a Stanley fatmax knockoff made by Stanley themselves so that they can sell them cheaper for Christmas. These are made in Thailand whereas the real fatmax is made in the USA. The MSRP is a lie. The "sale" price is the normal price and this clearance price is half off of that so it's up to you to decide if that is a good deal or not
