Another awesome Walgreens protein powder deal. Bummer that it's pickup only, but worth the trip for me. Thanks OP.
I plan to use this with a Creami to make protein ice cream.

As good a price as this and other Walgreens protein deal, I think I will pass. Too much filler in both. Also, ratio to protein is not great (60%). Thanks though, OP!

50g protein per serving (two scoops) is a marketing gimmick. Its not like they packed more protein into one scoop. Too many fillers too. Not recommended

What is your recipe?
I'm still trying out various recipes on the web. I get the sense that the Ninja is pretty forgiving so long as you don't mind responding with more milk. I've only tried recipes using sugar free jello pudding mix, protein powder, and milk (soy and/or 2%). Cheesecake flavored pudding mix was pretty good. Mixing in a protein bar was a mistake; it was too hard to eat. Still learning but it's not hard to make, even if you deviate from the recipes a bit.

You're right. Some just pour in fairlife, freeze and process. Enjoy experimenting. I put half and half, vanilla, cream cheese, xanthan gum, yogurt, and any protein and process.

Yeah 155 cals per 25g protein is pure garbage for protein ratio to cals. Should be 110-130 at most.
155 calories per 25 grams in protein powder is not a garbage ratio. Most protein powders don't have that good of ratio at all. Most are around 150 calories for 20 grams of protein.

Haven't bought that ratio ever. The most I ever got was 130 cals for like 24g protein. That's pretty standard or isolate more expensive and you can get as low as 100-110 cals. What 150 cals for 20g protein you looking at lol?
