Main difference: The "S" stands for "Short" - designed with less coverage to allow better range of motion for dynamic exercises like burpees and pull-ups, while the "C" is the standard/regular length with more coverage, comfort features, and smaller weight increments for finer adjustments.

They have other ones on sale too though not as steeply discounted. 30lb $40, 40lb $60. The heavier ones can be made lighter by removing the sandbags. To make them easier to remove/reinsert, you can wrap them tightly with packing tape or duct tape.

I use a similar one while playing VR. Problem is the headset is too big for the vest to fit over, so sequence matters: wear vest, then add headset.

Wear one of these in the park and people will think you're wearing kevlar (not speaking from experience or anything).

My wife has, on many occasions, pointed out that I look like a Tactibro (or suicide bomber) wearing the traditional 20# vest -- the long model. If I could go back and do it again, I'd buy this version instead.

Don't carry a collapsible umbrella while wearing this either. Someone might think it's some sort weapon (again, not speaking from experience at all).

LOL. I have never used a weighted vest. Is this a good weight to start for general walking outside. I would use it mostly in the winter here in S Fla and maybe spring. Can you use these walking on a treadmill?
Bro you can use this WHEREVER AND WHENEVER you wish, especially while walking, hiking, climbing stairs etc.

You mean like a workout VR app? Genuine question. Not sarcastic.

That's the glory of VR. It doesn't have to be a 'workout' app to get you moving. I work up a sweat just playing Beat Saber. But my daily grind is a 5v5 fast-paced dual-wielding FPS: Hyper Dash.
But, I'm sure a weighted vest would be perfect for workout apps, too.

So each packet is 4lbs but you can adjust by 2.5lbs. I'm a meat head but just talking basic math, how does that work?
