LOL. I have never used a weighted vest. Is this a good weight to start for general walking outside. I would use it mostly in the winter here in S Fla and maybe spring. Can you use these walking on a treadmill?
Similarly, once you're walking sub-15min miles, it can be hard to make things tougher -- elevation changes and weight vests help, ideally both!
