This is not for the girthy ones. There are battery framing nailers for the thick girthy framing and roofing nails too. This just isn't it.

This is for the small interior details with a thin nail. Think baseboards and such.

For construction you would need a framing nailer.

i bought the brad nailer for my bar remodel and it's been great. i'm an all milwaukee person but couldn't justify $279 for the brad nailer. with a $10 adapter i run it on milwaukee battery and other than being heavy/bulky it works excellent. probably shot 500 nails through it so far and not even a hiccup.

I have this nailer (In fact I'm using the nailer AND the jigsaw right now for a basement remodel project...I can hear the Home Depot music as I type Big Grin

) It uses 18 gauge nails. If you go any lower the nails will jam.
