I'm a huge rush fan but this is their worst album. After its release the record company was about to pull the plug on their contract but gave them one more chance..

The rest is history as 2112 was a huge hit.

Counterparts was an absolutely brilliant album that was hard to top and follow up with, but TFE definitely had some great jams going for it.

Thanks, I was kidding because this was a favorite at 15, and I think it has young nerd energy: It has worrying about going bald, two long fantasy songs, a call back to ByTor, etc. I suppose I might have put Lakeside Park on a mix tape, way back when.
