I'm unsure where you see RAM for $200 for 32gb of DDR5 4800, but when I look around the market price of just the ram seems to be around $300 ish. That's like the system is free with the purchase of the ram hah.... crazy days.

Why make up unrealistic numbers when google and pcpartpicker exists?

The RAM is much more expensive than $200

Wonder how bad is the latency of the RAM. With RAM prices going through the roof (which I bet is conspiracy), how they able afford to sell it at this price.

I got the Firebat A6 (looks to be the same company rebranded) for $221 after tax and shipping through Aliexpress on Black Friday.
What do you use it for?

Don't have to worry about malware if you just wipe the HD and install Linux, right?

I use it for light gun gaming... can play everything up to PS3 and Windows/Teknoparrot. Very impressed by the 680m actually. I expected some games not work at full speed but no issues at all when on 720P

Just my theory…. People claim higher RAM price because companies hoarding RAM to build AI in their data centers. If that was the case, why prices of other components not went up the same rate since last summer? Are they building PC without CPU, SSD, GPU (or NPU), etc. ?

Modern data centers use custom cpus, they don't need gpu's because they're headless, and I don't know about SSDs.

I was thinking of picking this up as it's a good deal but decided against it because of the issues this company has had in the past I picked up a GMKtec instead even though I spent more

I bought the Firebat a6 as well. I mainly use it for batocera. I think all the USB A are 5Gbps, but the USB C is probably 10Gbps since it was comparatively faster. You also can get video out of its USB C which I use with Rayneo air 3s pro glasses. In my limited testing it seems happiest around 1440p which was tested with GameCube rogue squadron II. I didn't mess much with rpcs3 because when I upscale on different machines I get graphical glitches in batocera. Lollipop chainsaw massacre the characters turn to green static. It's fine if I keep it native resolution. If this box is like the firebat a6 it only came with one stick of ram which will hurt iGPU performance since it's only single channel.

How would this do on low graphics 4k? Games such as Valheim, Astroneer, Minecraft and maybe a little Fortnite.
