Looks like you could just take a $7 sneaker and cut some breathing strips in it and get same thing.

I bought a similar one from Walmart a couple years back, they were on clearance for $7
Not bad at all… nothing great but for the price…well worth it

"Rubber with fabric flocked outsole".
Absolute deal breaker.

If you're not aware, part of the sole is fabric instead of rubber to save money. Often found on cheap children's shoes. It makes the traction terrible and unpredictable, in my experience, and doesn't belong on any footwear remotely athletic or outdoors.
