My sons doctor recommended this when my son was at the end of his cold, when the cough/sinus drip starts. Within a day his sinus issue disappeared and his cough improved.

Use no more than 3 days in a row and only about 3 times a day. Read online, these can be addictive and cause a recurring cycle of not being able to breathe thru your nose without it after forming dependency.
