FYI all these decongestant sprays that have oxymetazoline (Afrin) are not to be used for more than a few days. It will cause rebound worsening congestion and the nose will basically become addicted.

It's true. I'm living proof of that haha! On the upside I use to get chronic sinus infections due to congestion. With this I have maybe had 1 or 2 in the last 10-15 years which is an amazing improvement. woot
