Get the ones with a single 18650 battery. These flashlights with 3 AAA batteries won't last long.

shouldn't the 3 Aaa battery and the 18650 battery fit these kind of flashlights, mine does cause both battery's are the same size.

based on the reviews : "You can replace the 3xAAA adapter with an 18500 (not 18650) for more Lumens and longer run time."

hard pass...

Considering this ends up costing $2.50 per flashlight and and comes with 12 batteries included. It's a pretty solid deal. I can keep a couple in my cars with the batteries installed. I don't use flashlights for hours at at time. So the obsession with 18500 (not 18650) is lost on me. I I doubt I would change the batteries more than every 3-4 years on most of these.

I have a similar one with the 3 batteries and they don't last long but I don't use them as often so they last enough. But the built ins are better.
